Nokia 5.3, Nokia C3 Launched In India - Price, Specifications Everything You Need To Know

While Nokia 5.3 was announced globally along with the Nokia 8.3 5G and Nokia 1.3 in March itself, it has not been launched. Last week there were leaks regarding the launch of the device. But now, the wait is over, and Nokia 5.3, along with Nokia C3, has been launched today in India by HMD global.

Nokia 5.3, Nokia C3 Launched In India

It's been eight months since the company has launched a new phone. Nokia 2.3 was the last smartphone launched by the HMD global in India. The pre-order for Nokia 5.3 will go live via the Nokia site later today, and you can purchase them from September 1, 2020.

Earlier this month, Nokia C3 was launched in China and a poster was leaked revealing key features. The pre-orders for the Nokia C3 phone will go live on the Nokia site from September 10, 2020. However, you can purchase them from September 17, 2020.

Nokia 5.3 specifications

The Nokia 5.3 phone features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and 720x1600 pixel resolution. The phone runs on Android 10.

The phone comes with quad-rear camera setup, including a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens. The other sensors included in the rear camera setup include 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle 118-degree lens and two 2 megapixel shooters in addition to an LED flash.

Nokia 5.3 comes with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.0 lens. It is powered by an AC octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC processor.

The phone comes with a 6 GB DDR4 RAM and 64 GB onboard storage, which is expandable up to 512 GB via a dedicated slot for MicroSD card. Nokia 5.3 is powered by a 4000 mah battery supporting 10 watts charging.

Coming to the connectivity options, the phone comes with 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

There is a dedicated Google assistant button for the phone along with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The other sensors included in Nokia 5.3 are ambient light accelerometer and a proximity sensor.

Nokia C3 features a 5.99 inch HD plus IPS display. It runs on Android 10. Furthermore, the phone comes with a single 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 autofocus lens and an LED flash.

You can find a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Nokia C3 is powered by an octa-core UNISOC SC9863A SoC processor. Moreover, it is feared by a 3040 mAh battery. The company says that for a single charge, the phone would give 50 hours of talk time or up to 16.5 days of standby time.

Nokia C3 will be coming with 3GB RAM, and you have options to choose among 16GB and 32GB of internal onboard storage, and it is expandable up to 128 GB using a micro SD card.

You can also see a dedicated Google assistant button similar to that of Nokia 5.3 in Nokia C3 and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The other sensors you could find on the phone include an ambient light accelerometer and a proximity sensor.

The price for Nokia 5.3 for 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant in India is rupees 13,999. Whereas the price for 6gb Ram and 64GB internal storage is Rs. 15,499. The color options available in this phone include sand cyan and charcoal.

The price for Nokia C3 for 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage variant in India is rupees 7499. While the 3GB Ram and 32GB internal storage variant carry a price of rupees 8999.

You can get a 1-year replacement guarantee for Nokia C3 and will be available in sand and cyan color options.
